General Instructions
Cognizant will be conducting aptitude tests to select freshers and you can apply on this website to attend the test. Please read the instructions below to understand the process and eligibility criteria.
General
Only graduates who have completed their graduation in the year 2006 are eligible to apply.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY, if you have appeared for any aptitude test with Cognizant in the last 12 months.
Candidates who have completed their graduation/post-graduation through distance education are not eligible to apply.
Aptitude Test
You will be required to appear for an aptitude test. This will be a test to assess your logical, analytical and reasoning abilities.
The duration of the test will be 75 minutes.
The venue and the time slot will be communicated to you through the hall ticket
Please bring the following documents with you for the test:
Original Academic certificates only for Std. X, XII and Graduation.
Valid photo Identity Card (Driver's License/Valid Passport/Voters ID/Letter from a gazetted Officer/College Authorities on an official letterhead with your photo attached therein with the sign and seal of the certifying authority affixed half across the sheet and continuing on to the photograph)
Hall tickets can be printed online upon successful submission of the details.
If the details in the hall ticket are incomplete (10th std certificate number, degree, branch) you may not be allowed to take the test.
If you do not carry the relevant documents mentioned above you WILL NOT be allowed to take the test.
IF YOU HAVE TAKEN THE TEST IN THE PAST, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO TAKE THE TEST. Please refrain from applying/taking the test.

Infosys freshers drive on 15th Oct in Hyderabad
I think Infy was not that serious about this test.
Around 1000 ppl attended the same but only 20+ were shortlisted!!
And they displayed the results just in 15minutes after the test.
Its anybody's guess that they did NOT correct the answer sheets!!
As per the info I have, they just shortlisted all people with 80+ btech percentage.
They can do that even without the test which would have saved lot of money, time, effort for those poor people!!

Information is the most wanted tool for you to get a job. Information about what kind of questions were asked in so-and-so-test, what kind of ppl are recruited in their earlier drive, how serious is the company towards freshers,...blah, blah..
The information you get from already experienced people will be very *very* much handy when you get a call from the same company.
So what ever the information you have
1) information about openings
2) some experience u gained in recent interviews: like how many people are called, how many are recruited finally
3) any question papers u want to post, please forward that information to me at n.rammohan AT g and i take the pain to post the same here. Posting here will give much easier acessibility to jobscenter members and they can easily share this with their friends And this info is anyway available in our jobscenter's google groups.
